1. All Peng Handcrafted furniture sold at regular price are entitled to a 1-year warranty starting from date of delivery.

  2. The warranty does not apply to all display and sale items.

  3. Furniture damage caused by (but not limited to) moulding due to poor air ventilation, incorrect use, wear and tear, lack of care and maintenance, fading due to natural or artificial lighting, non-compliance to advice on furniture for outdoor usage, scratching or chipping of paint or timber finish, staining or discolouration due to unsuitable chemicals used or obvious acts of vandalism are not eligible for exchange or replacement.

  4. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the item before our delivery team leaves. Any damage spotted should be made aware to the delivery team and noted on the delivery order. We will require photos to be sent to us to determine if a replacement or an exchange is requirement. Any new defect or damage spotted after the delivery order is signed will not be entertained.

  5. Should any defect or damage be spotted after the warranty period, all material, labour and transportation costs will be borne by the customer.



All furniture are susceptible to wear and tear but may be slowed down by adequate care. Here are some tips:

  • Place furniture away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and cracking.

  • Use a soft and slightly damped cloth to wipe the dust away.

  • Avoid harsh cleaning agents as they can damage the woodgrain permanently.

  • Use non-alkaline soap to remove grime or grease. Dry the surface immediately to avoid water damage.

  • Use hot pads and drink coasters to prevent burn marks.

  • Wipe up liquid spills as soon as they occur.
